Ordering

Ordering Orders placed by 1:00PM E.S.T. are generally shipped the same day. In the
unfortunate event a product is out of stock, a 4Wake.com sales rep will
contact you via email.

Shipping

Shipping and handling charges listed at the cart level apply to the contiguous United States only. Alaska and Hawaii orders will be emailed a shipping quote based on the weight and dimensions of the packages. 4Wake.com reserves the right to limit quantities and or charge actual shipping charges on bulk orders and shipments over 20 pounds.

APO, FPO, and P.O. Box orders are shipped via US Postal Service. Invalid or incorrect addresses are subject to an additional fee of $10.00 that will be charged to the credit card upon notification from the shipping company. NO REFUNDS ON SHIPPING COST UNLESS 4WAKE.COM IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ERROR.

**NOTE- Orders shipped via the U.S. Postal service must be paid for by Visa, MasterCard, or Discover. We cannot accept American Express as a method of payment if the order is being shipped with the U.S.P.S.

Returns

Your satisfaction is very important to us here at Carolina WaterSports - 4wake.com. When placing an order, we are happy to help you choose the correct watersports gear to suit your needs. We make every effort to ensure your order is correct, shipped to you as quickly as possible and arrives in great condition. We understand that not every purchase will always be quite the right size, shape or color, and occasionally you may need to return something. You can count on us to assist with exchanges and returns as well.

Exchanges and Warranty Issues

• If there are any issues with the condition of the product you have received, we at 4wake.com will be happy to accommodate you. Please call us at (864) 332-0090 and we will arrange to have any warranty issues processed or an exchange made.
  

• Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase.
  
• Customer is responsible for shipping costs to return the product to us via FedEx, UPS, or USPS.
  
• If you receive an item that has been damaged during shipping, contact us IMMEDIATELY. Please keep the original packaging in which the item came in and we will arrange an exchange. Damage claims must be made within three business days from when the item was received by the customer.
